Had the flowers delivered Friday the 13th the roses was all dead by the Monday morning plus there wasn't any food with the bouquet

Unfortunately some of the flowers were turning and had to be taken out, which was very disappointing as they were gifted for a special occasion and not cheap!

Ordered a Xmas arrangement in a basket from the website. I was shocked when I saw photos of what had been delivered. Whilst the flowers were beautiful the actual product was tiny. It looked like we had spent £20 not £50. Poor value for money. Would not use again.

I have used Flowers of Kidderminster several times in the past and will continue to do so in the future, as I like to support local businesses when I can. However, I was a little disappointed with the delivery of flowers for my wife's birthday. Although the bouquet was delightful, several of the roses arrived damaged. Not the level of service that I have received in the past, so I'm guessing that this might be a one-off event. But nevertheless, it did dampen my wife's excitement a little.

The only thing I was disappointed with was, the display on the web site was a pillar candle and the one that arrived to my sister was a long thin candle.

I have used Flowers of Kidderminster several times in the past and will continue to do so in the future, as I like to support local businesses when I can. However, I was a little disappointed with the delivery of flowers for my wife's birthday. Although the bouquet was delightful, several of the roses arrived damaged. Not the level of service that I have received in the past, so I'm guessing that this might be a one-off event. But nevertheless, it did dampen my wife's excitement a little.
